  • 我的創作自述

     

    藝術創作是藝術家以自己的美感形式來傳達心象,或是將思想中盤桓的理念,藉著造型、用色或表演的方式予以實現。藝術創作脫離不了情感和理念的要素,情感和理念在人的精神世界裡微妙地存在著;我對事物特定的情感和理念,經年累月如生命中最親密的友人,幫助我在生命困頓時,靜心傾聽,就像它給我一種回音,發現真正的自己。正因為如此,繪畫創作是非常個人化的內心活動,作為藝術家,除了不斷往內心探求自我外;必須能習慣於孤獨和自己相處的時光。所以繪畫是一種最好的修行,使人安住浄化散亂的心,從紛亂中達到真正的平靜。我創作的作品都是我不同時期心境的寫照,是我的生活經歷、我曾經走過的地方、曾學過的東西、更多是對自然的體悟,綜合多種元素呈現在畫布上。

     

            我的作品靈感大都來自旅行和日常生活,感受大自然的節氣與生命循環,同時關注人與自然,並思考文化信仰、精神性與無常之間的關係。無盡的日常片段,幻化為瞬間的永恆;當風景記憶轉化為情感,詮釋景物在我生命中的意義和它給我的啟示,透過抽象的表現手法,喚起我觀看自然景觀的記憶,包括時空中季節轉變、山海湖雲的力量等等,都給我視覺的刺激和心靈的洗滌。當這些浮光掠影在記憶中發酵,將日夜光影、天光水色,我堆疊顏料肌理和明暗的處理,將形體暗部化入背景之中,轉實為虛,抒情寫意心靈與環境的對話,留下更多想像空間。我以自由抒發捕捉流動變化的意象,做有機地融合表現,窺探自己身心的狀態,呈現半抽象繪畫的寫意和材質肌理變化之美。

     

            我常認為藝術是一種學習自在的生命歷程,與其身陷於日常千百種煩憂中,不如讓此心寄予天光雲影。創作是一種對自然環境和人文的覺察和省思;更是對自我生命與靈魂的深度探索。我喜歡追尋自由、獨立及對事物的初心之愛,它們形成我更寬廣的生命經驗,在作品形式不斷的探索過程中,我企求使作品充滿流動性及生命力。

     

            近年來,我使用壓克力和油彩創作,色彩在這類作品上呈現的光影流動效果,我特意追求寫意,享受揮筆奔馳的感覺。寫意之作力求簡約,摒棄枝節,著眼大處,立足於勢,追求氣韻,通過筆觸的抑揚頓挫,追求一氣呵成。對於色彩的嘗試和表現,希望走向一種和諧的昇華。當寧靜地凝視畫面時,我彷彿感覺畫面有如一陣秋風徐徐吹撫過水面,映照出波光嶙峋的色彩,也如絢麗的人生色彩。

    Mental images: my art experiences

     

    Artistic creation is when an artist conveys their inner world through their own aesthetic form, or realizes the ideas that linger in their mind through modeling, color use, or performance. Artistic creation cannot be separated from the elements of emotions and ideas, which subtly exist in one's spiritual world. Specific emotions and ideas towards things become like the closest friends in life over time, helping me to listen quietly in times of hardship and discover my true self as it echoes back to me. Because of this, painting is a very personal inner activity, and as an artist, in addition to constantly exploring oneself, one must be able to adapt to the time of solitude and self-reliance. Therefore, painting is the best practice to make one's mind calm and clear from scattered thoughts, and to reach true inner peace. The works I create are the reflection of my inner world at different stages of my life, representing my life experiences, the places I have been, the things I have learned, and more importantly, my understanding of nature. They are presented on the canvas by combining multiple elements.

     

    My works are mostly inspired by travel and daily life, where I experience the seasonal changes and the cycle of life in nature. At the same time, I focus on the relationship between humans and nature, and contemplate the relationship between cultural beliefs, spirituality, and impermanence. Endless daily moments are transformed into eternal instants, where memories of landscapes are interpreted as emotions, reflecting their significance in my life and the inspiration they bring me. Through abstract expression techniques, I evoke memories of natural landscapes, including the changing seasons, the power of mountains, seas, lakes, and clouds, which provide visual stimulation and spiritual cleansing. When these fleeting images ferment in my memory, I use light and shadow, color texture, and form to create a lyrical dialogue between my inner self and the environment, leaving more room for imagination. By capturing the fluid imagery with free expression and organic integration, I reveal the beauty of semi-abstract painting and the variations of material textures, allowing me to observe my own physical and mental state.

     

    I often believe that art is a process of learning to live freely. Rather than being trapped in the daily troubles, it's better to let the mind rest on the beauty of the sky and clouds. Creation is a form of awareness and reflection on the natural environment and culture, and it is also a deep exploration of one's own life and soul. I like to pursue freedom, independence, and the initial love for things, which form a broader life experience for me. In the continuous exploration of art forms, I strive to make my works full of fluidity and vitality.

     

    In recent years, I have been using acrylic and oil paint to create. I deliberately pursue the expressionistic effect of light and shadow in the colors of these works and enjoy the feeling of my brush strokes. My expressive works strive for simplicity, eliminating branches and focusing on the main point, standing on the momentum, pursuing the artistic conception. Through the ups and downs of my brushstrokes, I pursue a seamless unity. In terms of color, I hope to achieve a harmonious sublimation. When I quietly gaze at the paintings, I feel like the colors are like a breeze blowing gently over the water, reflecting the shimmering colors, like the colorful life.

    在克羅埃西亞十六湖國家公園旅途中,目睹冬季皚皚白雪,心有所感而創作了這幅雪景畫作,反映出自然界絕美景觀,沉靜的讓人忘記了時間流轉。詩詞和山水畫的結合,早在魏晉時期即已出現;唐宋時期的詩畫合一的影響,更是將這種藝術形式推向巔峰。在此畫作中,透明性的色彩層次在空間裏交互滲透,產生一種迷離不定的狀態,與厚塗肌理的覆蓋,形成開放性與遮敝性交織的節奏韻律;閲讀作品如在詩意境中寂靜中低迴細細品味。
